"4.5 stars out of 5 Excellent photo presentation of the property (did not want to sell when we saw the listing). Excellent in knowing and explaining legal steps in selling property (sufficiently terrorized by the documents). Explanations fall out as true giving the customer a good sense of trust (no weird comments which foster distrust. Excellent in care for the project regardless of size (did not seem to matter that we are 1/10th of other listings.) Wish LSR was State oriented, not just Lake Fork oriented. Instructions on what the seller needed to do for selling were very good. Excellent communication with office; calls, texts, dates, times, keys, signatures. "
